ResQ is a leading Contact Centre based in multiple locations around the UK. ResQ supplies telemarketing services to many large household names focusing on mobile contracts and energy services. Since we began working with ResQ in 2015, the company has more than doubled in size and now has grown from a single site, to a multi-site organisation.

We work very closely with ResQ and have helped them with many custom software projects. These include web applications, data processes, integration of 3rd party systems, and APIs. Through our journey with ResQ they have embraced cloud based applications, and as such we have helped them migrate many of their existing systems to the cloud. All new applications are made specifically with the cloud in mind and integrate with their existing infrastructure.

Together Smashed Crab Software and ResQ have embraced the DevOps culture, which allows us to deploy working code quickly and get feedback frequently from both the client, and the users. This lets us ensure that we create solutions that meet the needs of the business, and the users of the software.
